Shipping Policy

At Xincere Candle, we care about our customer’s satisfaction. Before we ship our products, we make it our best effort to inspect and package our product with extreme care. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with one of Xincere Candle products, we would love to make it right!

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re experiencing any damage or issue to the product, please contact us at info@xincerecandle.com within 2 days of receiving the order and we’ll help get the process started. Please send us an email of your order’s invoice number, photogenic proof, and detailed description
of the damaged product. Keep all packaging materials and do not use the candle until shipping issue is documented. Once approved, we will start the process of a replacement or refund. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.


Please note: Sale items, Discontinued items, limited edition items, or items not
produced by Xincere Candle are final sale and not eligible for refund or
replacement.

Payment Methods

We accept credit card payments and various other methods such as iDEAL or Giropay, depending on your location. We can accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, Maestro and Apple Pay.
